Return Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products purchased by consumers directly from the site. Returns are accepted on unused and unopened products (including cases) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact customer service for a return authorization. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Opened cases are not returnable.

Returning a Product

If you purchased a product on and would like to return it. Please follow the steps below:

1) Please call our customer service representative at 1-866-897-7568. Our representative will help you with any product questions and information about our return policy and procedures. Our representative can also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.

2) Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call

3) Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box

You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service or Federal Express that is able to track shipments.

When we receive your return, we will then credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Please be sure to obtain an RA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
